::  Web Services Policies

::  Eagle Web Tech requires half of agreed final cost of Web site development to begin work on a site (i.e. total cost of website development = $300, then the down payment = $150.)

::  Payment may be made through PayPal or with a money order payable to AL RUBIO. Checks will not be accepted unless you already have an account in good standing with Eagle Web Tech. Payments can also be made with Money Bookers. Credit cards accepted at this time through PayPal and Money Bookers only.

::  After the down payment is made Eagle Web Tech will begin the design process of your Web site. After its completion the customer will have 15 days to pay the balance due unless negotiations have been made prior to the design process. Negotiations and agreements can only be made between the client and Al Rubio. Site will be blocked after 30 days of nonpayment. Payments can be made at anytime and you may pay more when making a down payment if desired.

::  Any photos that are submitted to Eagle Web Tech must have consent for reproduction by the photographer. Eagle Web Tech will not be held responsible if any action is taken by any photographer who is not contacted prior to publishing the photos on the Web. Please include any instructions from the photographer on how credit is to be given for his/her photo.

::  If your site requires updates, you will pay $5 flat per update or $20 for 10 updates. Payment for updates must be made before the updates are performed. Please email us if you have specific questions about your updates and the associated fees.

::  All updating to your website will be done either immediately or within 24 hrs of notifying us.  Exceptions to this are vacation or other circumstances which you will be notified of, should we be unavailable.

::  Eagle Web Tech is not responsible for any errors or mistakes with billing from pre-registered domain names. Nor are we responsible for errors or mistakes with the host you have selected or who you have signed up with.

::  Eagle Web Tech will send back to you any material you send us upon request. Eagle Web Tech requires anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to complete your web site provided all needed web site material is in the possession of Eagle Web Tech or is accessible by Eagle Web Tech at the time of agreement. If this material is not accessible or in our possession the design process will take longer.

::  In the case of One Page Websites, we will make a best effort to get the site online within 24 hours of receiving all necessary files and info. While we will give our best effort, we make no guarantee that the site will be finished in 24 hours. All sites are custom and may take longer.

::  Prices listed are for static HTML pages only. If your website requires Flash animation, streaming video/audio, CGI scripting, ASP, PHP, MySQL, or any other scripting / database programming, there is a $50 initial setup fee and $3 additional per month for the webhosting. $100 fee for shopping carts.

::  We at Eagle Web Tech have the right to add additional policies at any time as they arise.

::  Eagle Web Tech reserves the right to refuse any job request or purchase. By requesting our services, you agree to all policies listed on this page.
